A FREE 14-day experience for women who want to build strength but feel unsure about which exercises to do, what weights to use, or whether they’re doing it correctly.
Simple workouts. Clear instruction. No gym experience required.

“Before working with Chad, I felt intimidated trying different gym equipment. Now I feel more confident and have discovered that I’m capable of doing more than I expected.”- Jennifer T.

Hi, I’m Chad—certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. 👋
I’ve spoken with women who want to become stronger but keep defaulting to cardio because the weight room feels confusing. They’re unsure which exercises to choose, whether their form is correct, and how heavy they should lift.
The problem isn’t motivation or ability. They’ve never been given a simple plan that teaches them what to do and helps them understand why they’re doing it.
That’s why I created the free Lift & Learn™ 14-Day Strength Confidence Sprint. Over 14 days, I’ll help you replace uncertainty with clear, practical guidance so you can begin strength training with greater confidence.
Defaulting to cardio because it feels familiar
Saving random workouts without a clear plan
Choosing weights without knowing what’s appropriate
Second-guessing your form on every exercise
Starting over whenever life disrupts your routine
Follow a simple, structured starting point
Learn what each exercise is meant to do
Choose weights with greater confidence
Understand how and when to progress
Build skills you can use beyond the 14 days
Build the understanding and confidence to make strength training part of your routine.
Start with a simple assessment and learn the foundational movements, so you know where you’re starting and what to focus on.
Follow clear coaching and demonstrations that help you understand form, weight selection, and progression.
Apply what you learn through simple daily actions and begin building a routine you can continue beyond the Sprint.

“Chad created an effective strength and nutrition program that fits my limited time during this season of motherhood.” - Caroline P.

“The flexibility to work out at home or in the gym made it easy to stay consistent while recovering from my knee injury. After just two months, I was walking normally again, something I didn’t expect for a long time. Chad’s weekly check-ins kept me on track, and the app was clear and easy to use. Highly recommend!” - Melissa D.

“Chad took the guesswork out of strength training with a plan that fits my schedule. I feel much more confident and comfortable with my workouts now!” - Jamie M.

"Chad is a great coach and very easy to work with. He's motivating without being pushy and does a great job balancing accountability with realistic expectations. He's always willing to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive coach." - Catey L.

No. The focus is on learning the principles and building confidence. I’ll keep the activities simple and explain any equipment you may need before the Sprint begins.
The daily lessons are intentionally short and practical. Plan for approximately [insert accurate time] minutes per day to watch the lesson and complete the day’s action.
Life happens. Catch up when you can and continue from where you left off. Consistency matters more than completing everything perfectly.
